【摘要】:ThispartofISO10993specifiesrequirementsandgivesguidanceontheprocedurestobefollowedinthepreparationofsamplesandtheselectionofreferencematerialsformedicaldevicestestinginbiologicalsystemsinaccordancewithoneormorepartsoftheISO10993series.Specifically,thispartofISO10993addresses:—testmaterialselection;—selectionofrepresentativeportionsfromadevice;—testsamplepreparation;—experimentalcontrols;—selectionofandrequirementsforreferencematerials;and—preparationofextracts.TheapplicabilityofthispartofISO10993toabsorbablematerials,materialsthatpolymerizeinsitu,tissue-engineeredmedicalproductsandmaterialsofbiologicaloriginshouldbecarefullyevaluated.
