【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesanaccurateandreliableproceduretomeasurethetotalheatingvalueofafuelgas,onacontinuousbasis,whichisusedforregulatorycompliance,custodytransfer,andprocesscontrol.Someinstrumentswhichconformtotherequirementssetforthinthistestmethodcanhaveresponsetimesontheorderof1minorlessandcanbeusedforon-linemeasurementandcontrol.Themethodissensitivetothepresenceofoxygenandnonparaffinfuels.ForcomponentsnotlistedandcompositionrangesthatfalloutsidethoseinTable1,modificationsinthemethodmayberequiredtoobtaincorrectresults.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheheatingvalueofnaturalgasesandsimilargaseousmixtureswithintherangeofcompositionshowninTable1.1.2Thisstandardinvolvescombustiblegases.Itisnotthepurposeofthisstandardtoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwiththeiruse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
