【摘要】:ThisPartofEN1555givesguidanceforassessmentofconformitytobeincludedinthemanufacturer'squalityplanaspartofthequalitysystem.ThisPartofEN1555includes:a)requirementsformaterials,componentsandjointsgivenintheapplicablePartsofEN1555;b)requirementsforthemanufacturer'squalitysystem;NOTE1ItisrecommendedthatthequalitysystemconformstoENISO9001[2].c)definitionsandprocedurestobeappliedifthirdpartycertificationisinvolved.NOTE2Ifthirdpartycertificationisinvolved,itisrecommendedthatthecertificationbodyisaccreditedtoEN45011[3]orEN45012[4],asapplicable.InconjunctionwiththeotherPartsofEN1555itisapplicabletoPEpipes,fittings,andvalves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casreferencetemperature.NOTE3Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientscanbeused,seeEN1555-5.FormechanicalfittingsconformingtoISO10838-1[5],ISO10838-2[6]orISO10838-3[7],asapplicable,guidanceforassessmentofconformityisnotgiveninthispartofEN1555.Whenrequested,aqualityplanbasedonthetestsmentionedinISO10838-1[5],ISO10838-2[6]orISO10838-3[7],asapplicable,shouldbesetupinagreementbetweenuserandmanufacturer.EN1555coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE4Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.
