【摘要】:ThispartofISO8528definesvariousclassificationsfortheapplications,ratingsandperformancewhichariseoutofthecombinationofgeneratingsetscon-sistingofareciprocatinginternalcombustion(RIC)engine,alternatingcurrent(a.c.)generator,control-gear,switchgearandauxiliaryequipment.Itappliestoa.c.generatingsetsdrivenbyRICen-ginesforlandandmarineuse,excludinggeneratingsetsusedonaircraftortopropellandvehiclesandlocomotives.Forsomespecificapplications(forexample,essen-tialhospitalsupplies,high-risebuildings,etc.)sup-plementaryrequirementsmaybenecessary.TheprovisionsofthispartofISO8528shouldbere-gardedasabasis.Forotherreciprocating-typeprimemovers(e.g.sewage-gasengines,steamengines),theprovisionsofthispartofISO8528shouldbeusedasabasis.ThegeneratingsetsaccordingtothisInternationalStandardareusedtogenerateelectricalpowerforcontinuous,peak-loadandstandbysupplies.TheclassificationslaiddowninthispartofISO8528areintendedtohelpunderstandingbetweenmanufac-turerandcustomer.
