【摘要】:HISAspecifiesfundamentalrequirementsfor'informationinfrastructure'andhealthcarespecificmiddlewareservices.ThispartofISO12967specifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsofthecomputationalmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayeroftheinformationsystem(i.e.themiddleware)toprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedinterfacetothecommonenterpriseinformationandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareorganization,asdefinedinISO12967-1.Thecomputationalmodelisspecifiedwithoutanyexplicitorimplicitassumptionaboutthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentwhichwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thecomputationalmodelprovidesthebasisforensuringconsistencybetweendifferentengineeringandtechnologyspecifications(includingprogramminglanguagesandcommunicationmechanisms)sincetheymustbeconsistentwiththesamecomputationalobjectmodel.Thisconsistencyallowsopeninter-workingandportabilityofcomponentsintheresultingimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibleinterfacesthatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics–intermsofoverallorganizationandindividualcomputationalobjects,identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareorganizations,andthataresatisfiedbythecomputationalmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.PreservingconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthispartofISO12967,physicalimplementationsshallallowextensionstothestandardcomputationalmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsshallincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalpropertiesintheobjectsofthestandardmodelandtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationshallbeextendableovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardizationinitiatives.ThespecificationofextensionsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinClause7ofISO12967-1:2009,whichidentifiesasetofhealthcarecommoninformationservices,describingtheirneedandthemethodologythroughwhichtheywillbeused.Theseareonlytheminimalidentifiablesetofservicesaccordingtotheneedsofthehealthcareenterprise,andconstitutingthe"middleware"platform(i.e.integrationplatform)toserveasthebasisforhealthcareapplications,e.g.EHRorpatientadministration.
